    Workplace GP Employee Referral Programme Terms

    Refer the organisation you work for by 31 March 2027. If it joins Workplace GP on a plan covering at least 10 employees within 6 months of your referral, we will send you a £50 Amazon.co.uk or John Lewis e-gift card.

    1. About the programme

    The Workplace GP Employee Referral Programme ("the Programme") is run by Workplace GP Ltd ("we" or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16829734). Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.

    These terms apply to every referral made through the Programme. By making a referral, you agree to them.



    The Programme closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 31 March 2027. Referrals made before then can still qualify within the usual 6 months.

    2. Who can take part

    You can make a referral if:

    • you are 18 or over and live in the UK
    • you work for the organisation you are referring
    • accepting a reward does not break your organisation's rules on gifts from suppliers.

    You cannot claim a reward if:

    • you work for Workplace GP, or are a close family member of someone who does
    • you make, approve or have a significant say in your organisation's decision to buy Workplace GP, such as a director, owner or partner, or the person who chooses or signs off employee benefits. The exception is if your organisation confirms in writing that you may accept the reward.

    3. How to refer

    • Use the form at workplacegp.co.uk/refer. Referrals made any other way do not count unless we agree in writing.
    • Give us the work contact details of the person best placed to discuss employee benefits, such as the owner, a director or HR. Let them know you have passed their details on.
    • We will contact that person about Workplace GP and tell them the introduction came from you through this Programme.

    4. When a referral qualifies

    Your referral qualifies for a reward when all of these apply:

    1. The organisation is not already a Workplace GP customer. It also has not asked us for a quote, or spoken to our team about joining, in the 6 months before your referral.
    2. Within 6 months of your referral, the organisation signs up for a Workplace GP plan covering at least 10 employees.
    3. The organisation pays its first invoice.

    If more than one person refers the same organisation, only the first valid referral we receive counts. Each organisation can earn one reward.

    We will decide fairly whether a referral qualifies, and tell you if it does not.

    5. Your reward

    • Your reward is one £50 e-gift card from Amazon.co.uk or John Lewis, whichever you choose.
    • When your referral qualifies, we will email you to ask which card you would like. We will send it to the email address you gave us within 30 days of your reply.
    • If you do not reply within 3 months, even after a reminder, the reward will lapse.
    • We may ask you to confirm your identity, and that you work for the organisation, before we send it.
    • There is no cash alternative and the reward cannot be transferred. If a card becomes unavailable, we may offer another of the same value.
    • Gift cards are subject to the issuer's own terms, including any expiry date. Amazon.co.uk is not a sponsor of this promotion; see Amazon gift card terms.
    • You are responsible for any tax due on your reward.

    6. When we can withhold a reward

    We may refuse a referral or withhold a reward if we reasonably believe that:

    • the details you gave us are false, incomplete or not yours to share
    • you have broken these terms
    • the referral was made improperly, for example by sending spam, pressuring colleagues, making misleading claims about Workplace GP or presenting yourself as acting for us.

    7. Personal information

    • We use your details to run the Programme, check whether your referral qualifies and send your reward.
    • We use your colleague's details only to contact them about Workplace GP. We will tell them where we got their details, and they can ask us to stop contacting them at any time.
    • Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and the rights you both have.

    8. Changes, law and contact

    • We will only change these terms, or close the Programme before 31 March 2027, if circumstances outside our control make it necessary. Referrals made before a change keep the terms that applied when they were made, including the 6 months to qualify.
    • Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
    • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
