Yes. The Premium plan covers the employee plus up to 4 family members, with eligibility varying by service.

Plans are available for teams of 2 or more employees.

You can add members at any time during the plan. Members can't be removed mid-plan, and memberships are not transferable to another person.

Employers with 5 or more employees receive anonymised usage reports so they can measure uptake. No personal or medical information about individual members is ever shared.

Unfortunately, not at present. We may offer individual plans in the future.

No. All three plans (Basic, Essentials and Premium) are fixed in price, though we may review the cost of these annually. This means employers never face unexpected charges, however much their teams use the service.

No. This is not an insurance plan so there is no excess to pay, helping companies to provide a fixed level of cover without spiralling costs. If your employee requires access to consultant-led care, they can do so at a discounted rate.

No. Workplace GP is a private organisation facilitating access to healthcare services through our network of trusted partners. Many clinicians employed by these partners also work in the NHS.

Traditional private medical insurance is expensive and often excludes mental health and pre-existing conditions. This is because it's designed to cover large, variable healthcare costs, such as private hospital treatment, surgery, scans and tests. Workplace GP is different: we focus on connecting employees directly with trained clinicians and trusted healthcare partners at a fixed, affordable cost, helping them access support for common health concerns before issues become more serious.

The Masterclasses are open to Workplace GP members, with family access on the Premium plan. They are not open to non-members.

The online GP service from Doctor Care Anywhere is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Not always. The virtual GP service is delivered by a team of GPs, advanced clinical practitioners, nurses, physiotherapists and other clinicians. The app's triage process connects you with the clinician best suited to your needs.

Employees can contact Get Well Soon at any time either by phone or online. Consultation fees are not covered by Workplace GP, but we have secured an exclusive rate for Workplace GP members.
